Our founder and Chief Executive Officer, Billie Dragoo, created RepuCare to help companies stay fully staffed by placing applicants in a variety of work settings and opportunities. With our team of expert recruiters, RepuCare is able to aid job seekers in finding the perfect fit based on skills and experience.
As a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) in 15 states, RepuCare continues to deliver premier staffing, recruitment, and outsourced staffing solutions to managed care organizations, pharmacy benefit managers, private providers, and government contractors. Over the course of the past 25 years, we have grown consistently while raising the bar in the industry for meeting standards and delivering quality workforce solutions.
